super clean room superb service
Yam kept my room super clean. I appreciated her kind smile each morning. avijit and poatik at breakfast really spoiled guests with their superb service.
i found the plug situation in the room a bit limited for charging my devices, it was slightly inconvenient

excellent location and friendly staff
metro station helpful staff convenient location
the hotel location is a huge plus, right next to the metro station. i found shops and restaurants nearby, very convenient. the breakfast staff was super nice and helpful every morning. they quickly helped with medicine at 4am when my daughter had an earache, and i am thankful.
the rooftop pool area was small and often very busy. the traffic noise was definitely audible from our bedroom. i would advise future guests to request a non-smoking room, as our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

the hotel benefits from an excellent location opposite the metro station. the hotel is located next to a metro station and on the main sheik zayed road. the hotel is situated almost in the midway of everywhere guests might need to go.

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Staff!
metro station kind staff efficient reception supportive staff
This place is excellently located, just opposite the metro station. It made getting around so easy! The staff were kind and always ready to help. That really stood out. I especially appreciated the reception team's efficiency. The restaurant staff, especially Pratik and Jennifer, were so supportive too.
It wasn't constant, but occasionally noticeable.

The hotel is directly opposite the metro station. This offers easy access to the city. Nearby is also a pharmacy and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. It is very convenient for quick errands and travel!

Suresh welcomed us with great kindness. He upgraded our room upon request and explained the hotel amenities. The rooftop fitness club is a great addition, and there are two swimming pools, one for adults and another for children. Housekeeping responded to requests quickly. The staff was flexible (.
The breakfast options were quite limited . The variety could improve to cater to different palates. I hope they address this .

I found the location very convenient. It is directly across from the metro station, a great advantage. The room was a beautiful king room, and it was very spacious with needed amenities (everything worked). I appreciated the late check-out at 2 pm.
